Our market and keyworker rented portfolio is growing each year and an opportunity has arisen for a talented, experienced Property Negotiator to help generate new business and get results.

Reporting to the Residential Lettings Manager you will be target driven, commercially minded and someone who can turn an opportunity into a result.  The successful candidate will have worked within the property industry and have proven experience in a residential lettings environment, able to demonstrate knowledge of currrent landlord and tenent law and an ability to transfer enquiries into revenue.

You must have a proven ability to deliver excellent customer care, be positive, helpful, as well as being a forward thinking individual.  Good literacy skills and at least intermediate level IT skills are a must, as it will be necessary to deliver high quality marketing campaigns, including the coordination of all parts of the lettings process.
