Martin & Co lures Countywide Lettings buyer

Sharon Titchmarsh has been drafted into Martin & Co as acquisition manager.

Titchmarsh joins from Countrywide Residential Lettings where she was portfolio buyer. She worked previously for Belvoir and Enable.

She says: “It’s a busy market with many lettings businesses changing hands.

“Our main opportunity is to acquire the letting portfolios of estate agents who are keen to add liquidity to their business during these turbulent times in the property market.”
