Established in 1899, Bairstow Eves is the largest brand in the Countrywide stable with over 250 branches across the UK. A residential estate agency and lettings franchise, Bairstow Eves franchising is seeking to recruit a Franchise Business Manager to cover the following region:-

London, Home Counties, South East, South West and South Wales

The role will involve you in travelling to new franchised locations to provide training and set up support for the new launch of the new branches, in addition to servicing the development needs of the established branches within your region. On average four out of five days will be spent in the field and may involve overnight stays. You will also be expected to travel to our Head Office in Surrey at least fortnightly.

Key Skill Groups

  • The ability to build relationships and to influence change in behaviour
  • A good listener and communicator both orally and in writing
  • Personally well organized, able to meet deadlines and exercise good time management & prioritization skills
  • Self motivated with the discipline to work remotely without direct supervision

Qualifications and Experience

  • 10 years minimum estate agency and/or lettings experience, including 5 years at Senior Branch Manager or Area Manager level
  • Applicants with lettings experience preferred
  • NAEA and/or ARLA membership preferred
  • Good working knowledge of financial services
  • GCE/GCSE Maths and English
  • A Levels - minimum of 2 passes preferred
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook
