Following the recent acquisition of another major high street estate agency by our parent company, LSL Property Services Plc, YOUR MOVE is now the largest single estate agency in the UK today. Due to our expansion and the reorganisation of our senior management structure, an exciting career opportunity has arisen for a Regional Managing Director - London. Based in our regional office in Tolworth with responsibility of 40 branches, including Estate Agency, Lettings and Financial Services covering London and Hampshire. This role will suit someone with the drive and determination to propel the business forward and increase market share. A wide-ranging knowledge of the London Property market is an essential part of this role. You should have a top quality track record in sales of both property and financial services along with experience of managing a large sales workforce. Previous experience of multi-branch estate agency management is essential. We are l;ooking for someone with drive nthusiasm, strong leadership and development skills and the desire to implement nw ideas and sales initiatives.
