Savills expands counties team

Savills has bolstered its home counties team with a new head of development.

Lawrence Marsh has been tasked with generating land sales and new home sales for Savills’ existing list of developer clients across its Amersham, Barnet, Beaconsfield, Harpenden, Northwood and Rickmansworth offices.

Marsh has over 25 years’ experience in residential property. He says: “Whilst we all remain cautiously optimistic about the improving housing market, confidence seems to be returning. Some developers who may have been cautious about acquiring sites during the downturn may now be urgently looking to acquire development sites.”
