Martin & Co to target London

Martin & Co is planning to expand into Central London through partnerships with existing lettings firms.

The national lettings network is offering business partnerships lettings managers rather than through its traditional start-up route. The group currently has 175 offices throughout the UK, of which 20 are in Greater London.

Ian Wilson, managing director of the network, says: “The people we are looking for will live and breathe London lettings. They feel that their career working for other people has reached a peak, but they may lack the capital and know-how to start their own business.”

Martin & Co will be running a business partnership event, 60 minutes with Martin, in London on Wednesday February 17 at 19.00hrs.
