Henry & James appoints Strutt negotiator
London agency Henry & James has bolstered its sales team with a negotiator from Strutt & Parker.
Alexander Booth (pictured) has been appointed as a sales administrator at the agency's Chelsea-based office on Cale Street. The Yorkshireman has over 15 years’ experience in the London market and has been a member of the National Association of Estate Agents for nine years.
The firm has also appointed Ria Geerling as lettings manager. Geerling, who has over 16 years' experience as a lettings agent, will be joined by Anna Lazenbury and Richard Stead in the lettings team.
Henry & James was founded in 1950 by Henry Brahm, father of the current chief executive officer, Pierre Brahm. Its first office remains on Motcomb Street in Belgravia and, as The Negotiator revealed, the firm opened its second office on Cale Street in July. Both offices offer sales and lettings services.
