Haart appoints Saunders to run Cambridgeshire branch

Haart has appointed Paul Saunders as manager of its Peterborough branch.

Saunders, who has 20 years' property industry experience, worked most recently as sales manager at City & County.

He says: “The Peterborough housing market is still buoyant; we are seeing plenty of activity particularly across the mid-range market, with many families still buying and selling their properties."

Haart's Peterborough office covers Werrington, Hamptons, Stanground, Yaxley and Whittlesey.

The appointment follows that of Alison Beech, who joins Spicerhaart, haart's parent company, as new business relationship director. Beech joins from Countrywide, where she held the interim role of corporate development director. She has been tasked with developing customer relations and third party relationships in her new role.
