GMG offers personalised property site service
GMG Property Services has teamed with estatecreate to enable agents to create standalone websites for each of their properties.
It means that agents using any of the group’s software, including Vebra, Core Systems and CFP, will be able to create individual property websites.
As The Negotiator revealed in June, estatecreate works by assigning a property with its own domain name, such as www.churchstreetWC1.com, which can then be customized with the instructed agent’s branding.
Henry Yates, founder and chief executive officer of the firm, says he designed the site to enable agents to differentiate their service to help win more instructions.
As part of the deal with GMG, estatecreate is offering agents a one-month free trial and will not charge a set up fee, which is usually £10 per month.
Mark Goddard, group managing director of GMG, says: “estatecreate is an ideal partner for us as it enables us to offer our customers a great tool to win new instructions.
“In the US just under 30% of all properties have their own website. We anticipate that this will become more popular in the UK.”
