Townends appoints new lettings manager
Carly Martin has been appointed as the new lettings manager at Townends' Putney branch in South West London.
Martin (pictured) was most recently assistant lettings manager at Wimbledon-based Lauristons estate agency for 18 months.
Martin has 10 years' experience in the property industry, having started as a trainee sales and lettings negotiator for an independent agency in Knightsbridge, where she did her NVQ exam in estate agency and customer service. She then joined Andrews estate agency, where she worked for five years, eventually becoming lettings manager of Andrews' Streatham, South London office.
Townend's Putney branch covers properties in Wandsworth, Roehampton, Barnes and Fulham, as well as Putney.
